Taelek Oy’s Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy

1. Purpose

Taelek oy (“we”) is committed to responsible sourcing of minerals and to avoiding the use of conflict minerals that finance armed conflict or human rights abuses.

2. Scope and Our Position

We are a downstream company that does not purchase tin, tantalum, tungsten or gold (3TG) directly in any form. These minerals are present only as unavoidable components in the electronic parts (such as printed circuit boards, capacitors and connectors) used in our electric heating thermostats.

We do not manufacture electronic components ourselves. Our electronics are purchased as finished sub-assemblies from selected subcontractors mostly located within the European Union.

3. Our Commitment

We monitor sourcing practices related to conflict minerals in accordance with applicable regulations and supply chain transparency requirements.

We aim to ensure responsible sourcing across our component supply chain.

4. Implementation

Our approach is based on careful selection and management of subcontractors.

5. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually or when significant changes occur in our supply chain or regulatory requirements.
