Taelek Oy (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy covers our apps on Google Play and Apple App Store. We minimize data collection.

1. Data Collected

• Local Use: No personal or sensitive data collected.
• Remote Features: Device ID for authentication.
• Location Access: Apps may access fine location or background location for BLE connectivity (required by OS; no location stored/transmitted) and optional GPS input (only smart weather services).

No other personal info collected unless you provide it.

2. Data Use

• Used only for features, security, and improvements.
• Not shared/sold to third parties, except legally required.
• Location not used for ads or profiling.

3. Storage & Processing

• Processed in Northern Europe, per GDPR.
• Retained only as needed; deleted post-use.

4. Your Rights

• Control permissions via device settings.
• EU/EEA users: GDPR rights (access, delete, etc.).
